Contract for "Convert Like Crazy" Course
Description of Services
Provider agrees to provide the Convert Like Crazy course ("Course") to the Client. This Course is self-paced and includes only the digital training materials and resources outlined in the course syllabus. The Course does not include any form of live support, coaching, or additional assistance.
The Client acknowledges that due to the digital nature of the Course, all sales are final. There will be no refunds, reimbursements, or chargebacks for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the Course content, lack of desired results, or other subjective outcomes.
By enrolling, the Client agrees not to initiate any chargebacks, payment disputes, or refund requests with their bank, payment provider, or any other entity. Any attempt to reverse the payment will be considered a breach of this Agreement, and legal action may be pursued.
Payment Plan
If the Client chooses a payment plan, the Client agrees to complete all scheduled payments as outlined in the plan. Failure to fulfill the payment plan may result in late payment fees or debt collection actions to recover outstanding amounts.
Results
The Provider makes no guarantees regarding specific results or outcomes from the Course. The success of implementing the strategies taught in the Course may vary based on the Client's individual efforts, dedication, and other factors outside the Provider’s control.
Confidentiality
The Client agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary course materials, techniques, and trade secrets shared during the Course. The Client shall not share, disclose, or distribute any content to third parties.
Unauthorized disclosure or use of the Course content may result in legal action and financial damages.
Intellectual Property
All content in the Convert Like Crazy course is the exclusive intellectual property of From Nine to Thrive. The Client agrees not to repurpose, reproduce, duplicate, share, or sell any part of this Course without express written permission from the Provider.
Public Criticism
The Client agrees not to publicly criticize, defame, or make negative statements about the Provider, the Course, or its representatives in any public forum, including but not limited to social media, websites, or review platforms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the Provider and the Client with respect to the Convert Like Crazy course and supersedes any previous communications or agreements.
